Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking please use the link below to notify us by email, or phone us on 01242 672052. We check our email every day and should respond within 24 hours with a confirmation.

Please include your name, booking reference number, your arrival date and what sort of rooms you had booked.

Unless we have told you otherwise, we will not charge you for the cancellation as long as you give us at least 3 days notice.   Even then we will not charge you if we are able to re-let the room.

If we need to charge you, the charge will be the price of the first nights accommodation.
