Booking

If you would like to make a firm booking we will need either:

credit card details or a cheque (made payable to Cleeve Hill Hotel) for £25 per room (in British Pounds please).

We will not charge your credit card or cash your deposit cheque unless you cancel at short notice (see Cancellation) and we can't re-let the room.

You can send your booking request by Email, and we will confirm availability with you within 24hrs

The Credit Card details we require are;

• Card Number

• Card holders name & initials as they appear on the card

• Card expiry date

• Issue Number and Valid From Date (for Switch)

• Security code (the 3 digit number which follows the card number on the signature strip)

• The name of the bank that issued the card

• Cardholders full billing address

• All Credit Card payments a 2% charge applies to these transactions

Booking restrictions

For the comfort of all our guests, Cleeve Hill Hotel is a non-smoking house.  We are also unable to provide accommodation to children under the age of 6.
